Heat-Friendly Synthetic Hair - Each hand-blended color is made of 7-11 shades, resulting in a natural look that blends with just about any hair color. The fiber looks and feels like human hair and can be heat styled using thermal styling tools. Our recommendation for styling Heat Friendly fiber is to stay between 275° F-300° F for best results.

Prior to Hair Install

Prior to your first installation, it is important to wash your hair. You will be able to detect any issues such as shedding or matting at this time.


General Hair Brushing Guide

Use a wide tooth comb or paddle brush to gently brush your hair to remove any tangling. When brushing the hair, always start at the bottom and work your way to the top. Brush in small sections of the hair and be careful not to pull on the hair.


Washing

Wash the hair with running lukewarm water and a deep cleansing shampoo. Use paraben-free shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
When using conditioner, allow the conditioner to stay on for at least 15 minutes for best results. Use moisturizing conditioners that are designed for dry hair, rinse thoroughly with cool water.


Drying

Gently pat the hair dry with a towel. Do not rub the hair with the towel to dry and avoid using heated appliances such as heated blow dryers. Allow the hair to air-dry for best results. Do not sleep with wet hair as it can cause severe tangling.

Beauty Bello is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?


1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back your return packages within 30 days after the receive date.


2. Shipping is not free due to international shipment, but we will make refund immediately once received the return package.


How do I make a return?

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?


1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.


Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provided through the email.


Defective Items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. Without any prior report/notification, we will not Issue the refund. If you believe you have received an Incorrect Item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Report email: Info@beautybello.com .

Refunds


1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as incorrect products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2.If the returning is due to buyer's problems (Such as don't like/want, order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within one month of receiving.
3. No cost for  customer remorse
 

4.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payments within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
5.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact us at first. If you return the items without prior contact us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.


Cancellation & Exchange:


You can cancel your order/item within 12 hours through our customer service email (info@beautybello.com). For more than 12 hours, we can't make sure whether It succeeded.

After the payment has been made, normally if you want to cancel pls contact us within 12 hours after you place order, otherwise the order can not be cancelled if we ship out the hair already!
Tip: human hair products usually need 15-30 days to shipped out because they are customized products, you can not cancel It If we already Informed our factory to customize.
If you want to change order before ship out, you can contact us by mall; Once your order has been shipped out. we will not be able to change/cancel It for you. If you need to exchange a different item after the order is shipped out, you can send an email to info@beautybello.com for the Return Info.

Delivery on the way: Unsuccessful Delivery
  1. Parcel seized by customs: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please feel free to contact us if you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
  2. Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local USPS/Fedex to check it for you.

Please do not refuse to receive or sign the packages before contacting our customer service; customers should take the responsibility of any extra shipping fee. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping damaged items:
Beauty Bello promises to provide the best item to our customers. However, some damage might be made during transportation. Please check the item after you receive it in order to make sure it is in good condition. If unfortunate this situation is held, please contact us with photos or videos.
Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims after 15 days of receipt of products.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED

You are encouraged to check the item once the parcel is delivered to you. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.
If there are any issues related to the size, style, color which doesn't match your needs, please contact us for return or exchange.
We don’t accept any refund for no reason, if you have any questions related to refunding, please also contact us within 15 days after is delivery is done, and you will be charged up to 10% restocking fee. (This is withheld from refund)
  • Notice: Refund is not include Extra Express/ Standard Shipping Fee since it has been paid to the shipping company, please understand.

Should I contact you before Return My Parcel?
Sure! We will add notes to your order before the package is returned, Please contact us BEFORE the parcel is sent. For any returns, you MUST contact the customer service department to obtain a Confirmation# beforehand and send us a notification with a tracking number after you ship the item out. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
Once the return has been authorized, Confirmation# would be sent. Assigned returned item(s) will be allowed to be returned for refund. Please include your email address, order# Confirmation# by our customer services.

ORDER CANCELLING

Cancellation of order is allowed if you contact us in time as follows:
  1. Contact us within 24 hours after your payment has proceeded, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
  2. After 24 hours, 15% of the total payment will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
*Orders CAN NOT be cancelled once the parcel is shipped or has already begun the customise process of the hair extensions.
*Refund needs 5-7 days to complete. If the customer applies the refund through PayPal dispute, 5% of the total payment would be charged as handling fee. All rights to interpret are reserved by Beauty Bello.

We know how hard it can be to pick the right color, so we put together a color guide! If you’re feeling unsure, simply send through 2-3 photos of your current hair under good lighting, showing your hair from root to end, and we’ll take a look and tell you exactly what extension you should get.

To get the perfect tone first start by identifying your hair color from the tip to the middle of the strand. For a natural look, blending your hair on the bottom is the most critical part. Synthetic hair will not dye properly. If the extensions are slightly lighter than your natural hair color, blending them throughout your hair when attaching and styling can give your hair more overall dimension. Send us a color sample to have one of our color specialist match it for you.

These extensions are made from 100% Heat-Friendly Synthetic Hair; they can be styled with heat. However, just like your hair; a low heat setting and heat protection spray should be used to avoid damage.

Our products are delivered ready-to-wear and it is our goal to make it perfect so you have to make no changes at all. If you wish to make your halo hair extensions darker, we recommend that you only make your halo two shades darker at most. Don't ever bleach your halo hair extensions to lighten them.
