Exchange, Refunds & Cancellation
FOR EXCHANGE You have 60 days upon receiving the product to request a replacement for: Halo does not match the color of your hair. Heat damage caused by improper curling. Tangling that cannot be resolved. Breaking of both wires.
FOR REFUNDS We allow full refunds 60 days upon the receipt of the item with the following conditions:
The item you received is not the one you ordered.
The product you received is heavily damaged. We may require you to send proof/photo of the item to be qualified for a refund.
The item has not arrived and it has been in transit for over 21 days.
If you are not happy with the quality of your Halo.
We will notify you if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS For cancellation of orders, you are only allowed to cancel your order within 12 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, we can no longer cancel your order and issue a refund unless the product meets the conditions for a refund when delivered.
